Pet Policy
Do you have a beloved pet that is part of your family?
Prieb Property Management strives to make having pets in our rental units as simple as possible.
Pet Price Breakdown - Uncaged Pets
For each uncaged pet living in the unit, we charge a $400.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $250.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. In addition, please see monthly pet rents below. During the application process, we require your pet's inoculation records, city licensing ID number, and a photo of the pet for our records.
Monthly Pet Rent
$60.00 per month for first pet
$50.00 per month for second pet
Pet Rent, Pet Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Negotiable!
Pet Price Breakdown - Caged Pets
For each caged pet living in the unit, we charge a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the first pet and a $150.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) for the second pet. There is not monthly fee for Caged Pets Fish are excluded from the caged pet fees, but all tanks must be under 50 gallons.
Pet Information
Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after pets both indoors and outdoors.
Pet Sitting
Pet sitting for another individual is not permitted without prior written consent and paid pet deposit and fees.
Unattended Pets
Pets are not be left unattended in property, on patios, balconies or in yard.
Nuisances
Pets are also not to be allowed to cause nuisance to other tenants or neighbors.
Breed Restrictions
We don't have breed restrictions for any of our properties, but do require that you follow any city or county codes regarding pets.
Pet Amount
We allow 2 uncaged pets per unit maximum.
We allow 2 caged pets per unit maximum.
**The 2 caged pets may be in addition to 2 uncaged pets
