We do not currently accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.

How long will my lease be?
Our Lease Term Policy
Our preferred lease term is 12 months. Lease terms of less than 12 months may be available on a limited basis and require prior management approval.
Approved shorter-term leases will be subject to applicable short-term lease fees and/or premiums.
Please contact our leasing team for availability, approval requirements, and applicable fees for lease terms of less than 12 months.
How do I get my mail keys?
To get your mail keys, bring a copy of your signed lease to your local post office and they will provide you with a key!
How do I submit a Maintenance Request?
Please refer to the RentCafé Resident Portal instruction sheet included in your Move In Walk Through packet. You can access the online portal at:

How can I make my rent payment?
We have several options available for your convenience:

Payment can be placed in the drop box located at 651 N Somerset Ter. Olathe, KS 66062
We accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders. Cash is not accepted.
