Application Process

1. Pick an Address of Interest

2. Fill out our Application

3. Please Wait Patiently

Please allow approximately 2-4 business days for your application to be processed.

(Special situations do sometime cause this process to be delayed).

4. Approval!

Once your application is approved, we will contact you via email letting you know the next steps to getting a lease signed. If for some reason we choose to deny your application, you will receive a letter via Email.

Please note: When reviewing your application we are looking at the "Big Picture" We do not base our decision solely off your credit score or one particular area of the report.

Once You Are Approved

1. Secure the Unit

The $850 security deposit secures your address of interest. Unit cannot be held and is not secured until Full Security Deposit has been received. (50% refundable if move in is canceled within 1-5 days after reservation. Nonrefundable thereafter to cover OWNER’S losses resulting from processing expenses and from holding the unit for the applicant and readying the unit for occupancy.)

2. Pick a Move In Date

We can schedule move ins Monday - Friday 9am-3pm (with the exception of lunch between 12pm-1pm).

3. Sign Your Lease

For your convenience, we send the lease via DocuSign for review and signature. 

4. Turn in Prorated Rent and Utility Transfer Sheet

If below fees are not paid in full by time of move in walk through on the move in day, tenant forfeits the unit and it will be re-rented. 

If moving in between the 1st & the 19th of the month:

The Utility Transfer Sheet is a form that is due prior to move in. It lets you know what utilities you need to transfer and who to call.

5. Move In to Your New Home!

One of our technicians will meet you at the property at the designated time to do the move in walk through. Once the paperwork has been signed he will hand over the keys.
